Return & Refund Policy

At MENLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • The item must be returned in the original, undamaged MENLY box.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Engraved Items

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)

  • Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale."

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@menly.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once you have your RA number, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include your order number.

  3. Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as MENLY is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
